The Lumitester SMART by Kikkoman is a quick and easy tool for detecting microbial contamination on surfaces and in liquids. In less than 30 seconds, the compact luminometer provides reliable hygiene status measurements – ideal for experts and inexperienced users alike.
The measuring principle is based on ultra-sensitive evidence of ATP, ADP and AMP, which are indicators of biological contamination. The sample is taken with a LuciPac® sampling rod, which triggers a bioluminescent reaction in the device. The intensity of this light corresponds to the contamination level for one of the most precise measuring methods on the market.
With its low weight and compact proportions, the Lumitester SMART is ideal for use in numerous industries – from the food and pharma sectors through to environmental analysis and gastronomy. The device is ready for use in just eight seconds, calibrates automatically and can be used to set individual limit values. An LED display makes the device intuitive to operate, while USB and Bluetooth interfaces facilitate seamless data transfer and cloud storage.
