Martijn Boerkamp
Mijn naam is Martijn Boerkamp. Ik ben in 2010 gepromoveerd in de natuurkunde aan de University of New England in Australië. Ik ben gek op natuur- en scheikunde en sinds ik in 2020 de cursus wetenschapsjournalistiek van SCW volgde, kan ik deze passie ook op papier zetten. Ik schrijf veel over wetenschap en techniek, onder andere over kwantumtechnologie, lasers, astronomie en deeltjesfysica en heb hier al meer dan 100 artikelen over gepubliceerd. Vanaf 2023 ben ik ook onderdeel van het bestuur van SCW en sinds 2025 ben ik hier voorzitter van. Daarnaast ben ik oprichter en CTO van het bedrijf inPhocal; waar we nieuwe lasertechnologie ontwikkelen.
